The Assistive Technology Training Online Project of the University at Buffalo henceforth referred to as "ATTO" is an Internet-based online information and training site henceforth referred to as "this site".

By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by this agreement, you may not login to use certain areas of the training section, including the discussion group areas.

ATTO may modify this agreement at anytime and such modification shall be effective immediately upon either posting of the modified agreement or notifying you. Your continued access or use of the login sections of this site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

Use Policies

In applying for a username and account, you warrant that the registration is not made in bad faith and that the name is not in bad taste. ATTO reserves the right to suspend or cancel your username and access to this site in the event that you use your username on the discussion board to send unsolicited commercial advertisements in contradiction to either applicable laws or customary acceptable usage policies of the Internet. You also must abide by the rules of netiquette when using the discussion boards.

User Information

As part of the registration process, you are required to provide certain information and to update this information to keep it current, complete and accurate. This information includes your full name, e-mail address, and role in assistive technology.

You acknowledge that providing inaccurate information or failing to update information promptly will constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be a basis for cancellation of your username and account.

Our privacy policy was established to ensure the privacy of all of our members.

Agents

You agree that, if you allow your username to be used by another party, you are nonetheless bound as a principal by all terms and conditions provided herein.
