This module looks at the mandates of various federal public laws
that impact the educational programs and services that children
with disabilities receive. Relevant laws can be categorized into
three areas: those that influence the students' educational program,
those which affect the civil rights of students, and those that
effect the provision of assistive technology devices and services.
