In the Classroom... |
|
Andy, a second grader, had difficulty completing tasks in the classroom - it was often noisy and the other kids and activities were distracting. As his classroom aide noticed that he often touched the area on the computer monitor as his "answer" before he found the associated keyboard key, she looked for an alternate way for Andy to use the computer. Using a touch screen over the monitor helped him to use software programs for a longer period of time, as his initial touch controlled the programs. |
