Explore and brainstorm a variety of AT solutions that apply to the student's learning tasks. Look at a continuum of feature options, from low to high tech. Consider combining some for a novel solution!
Classroom Strategies: Make It Work
AT solutions need classroom strategies to ensure their successful use. Examine this area to select 504 accommodations, curricular modifications and behavioral strategies that will help the student use the technology.
Try It Out
Using the AT in the classroom is the only way you will know if it "works"; you need a plan to do this. These prompts will ensure that the trial technology, necessary training, data collection plan and criteria for success are addressed.
